- Unaizah Urban Growth Boundary to 1450AH : The urban boundary total area of Unaizah which approved by Ministerial Resolution No. (157) on 11/5/1428 AH is (15001.8 HA), includes the main urban zone of the city in addition to the Al-Rogani Center.

Unaizah city has regional importance in addition to being within a national growth center in integration with Buraidah.

- Characteristics and urban components of Unaizah City: Based on studies in 1439 AH, Vacant blots constitute the largest proportion of the urban zone which is (40.16) square kilometers and a percentage (26.77%), while the percentage of residential and mixed residential uses was (9.0%), commercial (1.11%) and services and public utilities (3.12%).
