- Riyadh Al-Khabra Urban Growth Boundary to 1450AH : The urban boundary total area of Riyadh Al-Khabra that approved by Ministerial Resolution No. (157) on 11/5/1428 AH is (9753.53 HA), the following map shows the Urban Growth Boundary of Riyadh Al-Khabra city.

- Characteristics and urban components of Riyadh Al-Khabra City: Based on studies in 1440AH, vacant blots constitute the largest proportion of the urban boundary which is (61.41%), while the percentage of residential and mixed residential uses was (24.27%), commercial (0.24%), and services and public utilities (3.04%).
