Qassim Urban Observatory as a model

His Royal Highness Prince Dr. Faisal bin Mishaal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Al-Qassim region, stressed the importance of Qassim Urban Observatory QUO as it gives important indicators in the development and services measurement, living conditions, economic, development and social aspects.

That was yesterday during the evening weekly session of His Highness entitled "Urban Observatory .. Qassim as a model", which was presented by a number of Urban Observatory specialists, at Al-Tawhid Palace in Buraidah, on Monday evening, 28 Jumada II 1443 AH , January 31, 2022, in the presence of the Undersecretary of the Emirate of Qassim Dr. Abdul-Rahman Al-Wazzan, and a number of officials and residents.

His Highness the Prince of Qassim indicated that the accurate indicators provided by the QUO have a major role in development projects, as well as the future plans decisions are taken based on the standards, and figures of Qassim Urban Observatory.

His Highness said that the observatory will monitor social issues and find solutions for them with the concerned authorities. His Highness referred to the directive to study the impact of the government’s support for the private sector during the Covid-19 pandemic, and the effects of this generous support, which contributed to reducing the pandemic economic effects.

His Highness the Prince of Qassim expressed his thanks and appreciation to the Secretary of Qassim Region and the urban observatory team for their efforts, following up on indicators and opinions, and finding appropriate ways to activate them.
