- Oklat AlSkoor Urban Growth Boundary to 1450AH : The urban boundary total area of Oklat AlSkoor which approved by Ministerial Resolution No. (157) on 11/5/1428 AH is (1630.62 HA), includes the main urban zone of the city, without villages and sub-urban areas shown on the map below.

The Built Up Area of Oklat AlSkoor city has developed along the two main roads, King Fahd Road and King Abdulaziz Road, towards the south and southwest direction.

- Characteristics and urban components of Oklat AlSkoor City: Based on studies in 1439 AH, Vacant blots constitute the largest proportion of the urban zone which is (3.71) square kilometers and a percentage (22.72%), while the percentage of residential and mixed residential uses was (7.18%), and public services (18.02%).
