- Al-Badaya’a Urban Growth Boundary to 1450AH : The urban boundary total area of Al-Badaya’a that approved by Ministerial Resolution No. (157) on 11/5/1428 AH is (7009.1 AH), The following map shows the Urban Growth Boundary of Badaya’a city.

- Characteristics and urban components of Badaya’a City: Based on studies in 1440AH, vacant blots constitute the largest proportion of the urban boundary which is (62.23%), while the percentage of residential and mixed residential uses was (9.37%%) and commercial (4.65%).
