Al-Nabhanya Urban Observatory is a specialized center that works on collecting, analyzing and producing urban indicators to be used in preparing, following up and evaluating urban development plans and policies at all levels. Moreover, It monitors the urban status and feeds the decision-making process with information in all urban development fields.

The urban observatory started its work more than three years ago (a production cycle for each year), distinguished by following the methodologies of various urban indicators, which variety of global and local indicators, and indicators related to the Kingdom’s vision 2030. In the first cycle, it produced about 206 indicators, and in its second cycle, the number of indicators increased to reach 201 indicators and the same number of indicators produced (201) in the last cycle.
