- Al-Nabhanya Urban Growth Boundary to 1450AH : The urban boundary total area of Al-Nabhanya that approved by Ministerial Resolution No. (157) on 11/5/1428 AH is (11031.12 HA), Includes the main urban zone of the city, without the villages, and sub-urban areas shown on the map below.

The Built Up Area of Al-Nabhanya city takes the Grid City shape on the main traffic axes (King Abdul Aziz Road, King Fahd, King Saud, Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz), where the city’s neighborhoods are distributed around these main arteries.

- Characteristics and urban components of Al-Nabhanya City: Based on studies in 1439 AH, Vacant blots constitute the largest proportion of the urban zone which is (5.19) square kilometers and a percentage (50.3%), while the percentage of residential and mixed residential uses was (6.4%), and public services (3.0%).
